Yeah the one on the left as you come over the bridge from the south. Not sure it would be the best place for flats as it’s right next to a motorway bridge?
Good to see there are plans for all 3 though, as they are the most glaring empty spaces in the city centre. Fingers crossed the current situation doesn’t derail too much.
