Filthy. A sea of rubbish. And this is only 20 years ago. It made a huge difference when they upgraded the paths. Seems a lot safer for folk to use as it's busier now.
It's still a haunt for the jakies though, but at least the polis take a cycle along it occasionally. Still some hot spots where the alkies gather for their daily session.
