Yep not great buddy, I'm a very light sleeper too and suffer from neck pain and just unable to turn my mind off before bed so I do not get a goodnight sleep regardless. Honestly, as difficult as this is to admit, it's making me feel more and more like myself when I was depressed and it's terrifying me.
