| Comment | What do you advice to do? Pay her the rent (on 28th of april) and go to the first-tier court next month or just don't pay and try it hard way? I'm really confused about both ways. I messaged her on Tuesday, she didn't even reply - just read. Is the first-tier court gonna put any fine on her because of breaking a law? I mean not paying taxes, not putting money into deposit scheme, for not doing gas safety check and many many other things? If yes, how high it can be? Is it possible that I will get my money back for a rent? I'm really upset because of it. I'm paying her a full rent and I can't even make a laundry or take a shower at my flat. |
