If you’ve tried every other avenue like police and landlord then there’s only one thing for it. You’ve got to man up and go to the persons dooor and tell them this shit ain’t happening. I know this will be an unpopular opinion but if your mental health is at stake like you say then just go nuts. you say you’ve tried everything else so try this as well. If I was in your position then I would think fuck it. Failing that offer money to get someone to sort them out ! |
