Don’t know about the flats you’re talking about but I’ve lived near a few busy roads and you always get used to it, even the drain outside my window that bangs as if a bomb has went off everytime a car drives over it, I’ve gotten used to. I wouldn’t even notice it unless someone pointed it out.
