I think you're probably talking about the little development (Admiral's Gate) at the end of the street. Used to live at 43 Minerva Way facing the expressway and clyde. Definitely no noise problems inside the flat, they're all double glazed, and wasn't even that noisy out on the balcony because it's so high above the road. Decent flats as well, would recommend it!
