I live on that line, not there and my house backs on to the railway, like my garden fence is the railway fence. Honestly? I don’t hear the trains! Sometimes I hear the last one at night but that may be because I look out for it.
I’m also under the fight path and also don’t hear the planes either 😂 you get used it it quick.
