| Comment | Unless the noise goes on for 2-3 hours, most of the time you'll be out of luck. Even if the usual department for dealing with noise complaints is operating, that is their usual response time.
I live in a housing association property so I can always complain to them. Which sadly I have had to do, the flat next to me is sublet by the council for rehab cases :( |
