But surely if my employers negligence is disproportionately affecting me and is the reason my eligibility has been compromised there should be some form of recourse? Also doesn’t seem fair that employers have full discretion - will surely result in a lot of discriminatory decisions and people left in vulnerable positions despite fulfilling the criteria
