I went today to do some shopping at Tesco Express on Argyle St and there were literally no social distancing rules between people.

* First, there were 2 noisy groups of 7-8 people each shouting at each other and blocking the whole pathway. This always happens in that area and I haven't seen any police to disperse those groups in the last week (I live in the area).
* Second, people were squeezing between the shelves inside the shop.
* Third, 2 guys tried to steal a couple of bottles of wine and some sandwiches and the whole staff rushed at them and a big crowd was formed at the exit. Even then, the staff decided not to call the police as it wouldn't be safe, so they were just let go.

I've seen all this happening during an interval of 10-15 mins and about 200m from my home. This really pisses me off as I barely go out only to buy essentials (max twice a week) and these people literally don't care and, hence, the lockdown is just going to last for longer..

I know there are a lot of people moaning about the social distancing rules being tough, but in reality the authorities are way too lenient and this is why the infection rate is decreasing so slowly. The lockdown in the UK is a **total joke** compared to other European countries and everyone just turns a blind eye to the details. This egocentrism is just going to create more victims in the long term and the lockdown won't end anytime soon unfortunately.
