I'm thinking of making the case based on the continual fly tipping.
I work from home normally and sit at the front window all day. Last thing I don't night before bed is switch off the plugs next to the window so always see the spot in question late at night.
Pre lockdown I would see a few folk in the street putting stuff there but 95% of the time it was empty. Wake up in the morning and you consistently saw almost full house loads of shitty old furniture etc. Definite cheap man with van cunts dumping stuff during the night.
Since the lockdown I can see cunts every day dumping stuff.
