not necessarily - our different demographics, population density and the fact that we appear to have been about a week behind England in early infections means that our infection rates and peak might be different to there - which would in turn justify diverging in the point at which we relax shutdown. ScotGov has already published the points of reference for this, which the UKGov has not.

This is similar to the federal policysetting going on in e.g. Germany
