I agree, 10 is really young. Totally with you and understand the taboo people have about it, I did too. But since the age of 3 this has been an issue, not feeling comfortable being a girl, goes much further than just being a tomboy.
I have researched it and I am seeking professional help, was kinda hoping first hand experience might be a help.
