| Comment | Similar to other comments, avoid Century21. One of their local franchises attempted to charge fees that aren't permitted in Scotland, tried to cover up building survey results (but accidentally left them in an email forward to the tennant anyway, geniuses that they are), dragged their heels over basic maintenance and tried to get the tennant to do it, that kind of thing.
I know they are a franchise, so other branches MIGHT vary, but eh, probably not worth the risk. |
