| Comment | I agree with u/ElvisJazzz, it's probably either a screw up by the council or whoever that name belongs to.
One of the flats I stayed in back in the 90s deliberately had a fake name on the electoral roll though. Nobody used it to vote with, sometimes one of the guys would send a wee package back from Amsterdam addressed to that person. So if it got seized, everyone could claim innocence. |
