Well they moved in and that's that. But it does add evidence to your case that people were relectant with the move.

At this point, you kind of have to get your neighbours on board via the noise complaint route. I am unaware of the charity's workings, but having worked for a social/community healthcare team in NL I can see restablishing the child to be difficult but not outwith thier control.

And I understand your concerns as an NHS employee. Myself am involved in Healthcare, but in this case you have to think of everyone's wellbeing as well.
