Comment | I appreciate your empathy and I agree with your approach to resolve it in good faith first.
However, you have to consider the neighbours wellbeing as well. The surrounding neighbours are also impacted. This also considering that the parents are in thier 70s and are also a vulnerable group. You can't impact the welbeing of them for the sake of a one child, when they're other solutions on the table: from re-homement to therapy (I am not sure of the person's impairement) to visits to a park to a change in the child's stimulation.
There is a solution to this but simply putting up with it is not the way forward. |
