I grew up right next to both Pollok and Bellahouston park and didn’t realise how lucky I was.

Not technically in Glasgow but Rouken Glen park is great because it has a bit of everything; boating pond, cafe, Glen walks, waterfalls, skate park, play park, tennis courts, wee rangers cabin that has activities on for kids (when there’s not a pandemic). Calderglen park in East Kilbride is quite similar too but it has a small zoo in it that’s a few quid to get into.

Honestly, I’m happy in pretty much any park so it’s (quite clearly) hard for me to choose a favourite. Glaswegians are so lucky to have so many great parks to choose from! :)
