Do you know the charity name? If so id recommend contacting your local MP.
A lot of charities get funding and once the local MP starts snooping and telling them theyve been getting complaints they make an effort to stop pissing neighbours off because they get worried theyll lose their funding.
I have first hand experience of this with a well known glasgow charity. Soon as i spoke go someone higher up the food chain and told them i was going to contact my local MP for advice they suddenly became much more helpful. |
