I know a lot of people mean well recommending Romanian rescues but I work in a vet are we have had a rise in number of people bringing in pups from these groups that are either riddled with illnesses and expensive skin conditions and also a high number of aggression issues that have been bounced about homes and results in them being pts as no one can help them. It is akin to taking a feral cat off the street and expecting it to be the perfect lap cat.
I know there’s probably dogs that adjust and I’m seeing the unfortunate cases but I thought I’d chuck my two pence in! |
