I've been round most of Europe and you're absolutely right. Infrastructure and society differs from country to country. Ours isn't great for non-car use, or it's just that people are so used to using them.
It's been really pleasant seeing the roads comparatively quiet. The reasons for it happening aren't great, but it's nice! |
