There's been a lot of issues and one of them led to them having to turn his gas off in the kitchen. He's not allowed to have gas on in there but apparently that's different for the boiler? I don't know how turning the gas off in the kitchen affects heating, the gas engineer just said he will never be allowed gas on again. I've tried looking at other houses and they have the same thing where the flue comes out the wall and then it's bent right around so the end is facing the wall. I'm worried about dampness too because it's brick on the outside and wood on the inside and it's jet black. Right now I can hear it pouring out the back wall.

If it's not this it's banging about all night and him screaming or he's falling about outside or like last week trying to get into my house and trying the back and front door. I don't want to have to put a complaint in but how far does it all need to go? I can't make him answer the phone but may need to get a relative to phone on his behalf. I wish the guy next door was there too because it's running right into his garden.

This is 12 hours straight now of just constant water shooting out. It's not like a wee drip, it's like a running tap.
