I don't mind the wall being black because I'm renting so there's 4 years on record of this problem being reported and someone coming out and then it starts again so whatever damage is done it's not my job to fix, it's theirs. I don't know what damage it can do. I know there's quite a few of those plastic things in the bricks with the little holes I think to let the building breath, they're black too and dripping. I didn't know if that water could affect the other side of the bricks which will be plasterboard.
All I can do is call tomorrow and ask that they can contact a relative and see if they can get him to answer the phone. |
