| Comment | It's coming to the end of its season now, but the area between the bridge over the Cart by Cathcart Cemetery, and the Snuff Mill Bridge is where you'll find most of it. It grows from late Feb / early March.
Don't pick too much from the same area, don't pick up roots either. Just grab leaves (particularly from areas less likely to have dog piss on them), wash them thoroughly before use, and stick them in whatever you're making quite near the end. Kind of treat them like you would chives. |
