| Comment | I think everything is just taking slightly longer just now with everything that’s going on. I applied for exemption mid March because our house was lying empty and unfurnished for almost a month before we actually moved in. They only got back to me in the last week. They offered to either refund the money or to credit my account meaning the rest of the monthly payments this year would be slightly cheaper. I’m sure you’ll get the same option when they finally get back to you, so just pay it if you can and they will sort it :) |
