Totally understand, moved to a house in old drumchapel last year. Found out my neighbour is a total scumbag amongst other doings. Hopefully a year and a half is my timeframe to move.
Just keep an eye on those savings and remember you can get a 5% deposit over 30 yrs. Thats how we managed to get on the ladder.
