| Comment | Picture the scene, you are an underpaid private care home worker who gets little over minimum wage, you develop a slight wee cough but if you self isolate you only get stat sick pay, you tell yourself you are probably OK and have bills to pay so you continue going to work. You don't deliberately do anything wrong but your financial position feeds you uncertainty until you become certain you are fine.
