If you’re getting a good deal and there aren’t any issues continue as is. Keep your dossier of evidence your sleeve for such a time a problem arises (getting out of your lease early, or a problem your landlord won’t fix, not getting deposit back) and you will be well covered.
Your lease legally does not have an end date and you can give your notice at any time. Regardless of what your lease actually says, it cannot override the law. |
