| Comment | Technically it is (if it's not shared use), but the way a lot of drivers treat cyclists on the roads scares non confident cyclists onto the pavements - better cycling infrastructure and prioritising bikes over cars (as they do in Denmark and other European countries) would be a step in the right direction.
Write to your local councillor asking them to improve provision for pedestrians and cyclists.
