| Comment | Your problem will come if you need to get a reference tied to the tenancy, or if there is anything dodgy going on with Council tax etc - them paying it/pretending it's an unoccupied second home, blah blah. These kind of things are what you don't notice at first but then become obvious very quickly when you have to do something official and can't provide the required official evidence of extended tenancy. e.g. dealings with the Home Office, Council, etc. |
