| Comment | If the safety culture isn't already there, it is hard to suddenly create one. We're a small design firm/OEM working mostly in oil and gas with the accompanying stop work policies. Most of the senior staff are older with underlying conditions, MD included. Our head draughtsman refused to come to work until he was moved from a small shared office to a larger space, and the MD acquiesced. |
