Iv twice bumped into an older gentleman in past 4 weeks - on his way home from a ‘speakeasy’ at his usual that he has been attending with his lonely pals (so he says as he’s half skooshed) since lockdown. He’s loudly whispered this to me both times as iv walked in west end - he has come from Byres RD / woodlands/ city centre direction. I haven’t stopped long enough to quiz him on where it is nor do I really want the info as I’d be torn on wether to report it or not. I have the joy (???) of a family at home and he has no one nor do his mates. So just how many are there of these illegally open to regulars ?? 🤔 |
