The whole midlife crisis type clichés shaming people into not doing stuff they find fun is kind of horrible. Like I've been wanting to get a motorbike since I was a teenager but due to several reason, mainly revolving about me being a bit of an idiot, meant I couldn't afford one, now I've sorted my shit out a bit I've started lessons, half the time I mention this to anyone I get people trying to shame me with the midlife crisis thing, like "Fuck you, I just want some fun that doesn't involve drugs or sitting in front of a screen". |
