I see your point, but I probably will go with Private Student Accommodation. I don't have any friends there and I'm afraid this would get me lonely as I used to live with at least 2 or 3 roommates in my bachelor year.
Btw, when you said Strathclyde student accommodation, do you mean private or university student accommodation? I find university student accommodation to be crowded and just by thinking of sharing bathrooms and kitchen (including sink and fridge) with more than 5 people frighten me.
Do you have any recommendations for which private student accommodation I should look into? I currently have my eyes on Unite Student Accommodation at Blackfriars.
