But are they mortgage-able and fit to move into? The bargains are usually ones in buildings that are fucked (especially the case in Woodlands, or the subsiding tenements around the edge of the Kelvin), or need complete gutting

If there's a 2 bed on a fixed price that didn't shift for 3 months pre-CV19, there's definitely something wrong with it

I guess there's also the distinction between an actual 2 bed and a 1 bed that's had the kitchen converted and internalised
