Walked a marathon round Glasgow today and saw people sunbathing, who were spread out. I also saw a very small minority of people drinking and socialising who were obviously breaking guidelines. The most common thing I saw though was people walking past me so closely or 2 abreast with their partner getting within inches of me and some times forcing me to stop and stand upright against a wall or fence just to let them pass. This is just rude let alone dangerous in the current pandemic.
