There is an old guy who always wears tiny white shorts, a dark blue running jacket and a beanie hat. See him walking about Maryhill and walking out towards Bearsden. Have seen him in Tesco Maryhill and Asda in Bearsden.
Doesn’t matter what the weather is, always wearing shorts. Even saw him in shorts during beast from the east.
