Comment	Balloon Making Guy who's almost always halfway up Buchanan St. Got some cool stuff off him over the years. Seen him in Rufus T's a few times as well. Husky Dogs Guy as well. See him all the time in the city centre walking 2 or 3 lovely big dogs.
