Mine is doing phone consultations, but not treatments - I believe emergency treatments are still going ahead, so it's up to them to refer you for this or not.
I would suggest you probably only have a few weeks to wait until dentists reopen - possibly even from 28th, as I expect it will be one of the first things allowed.
