Omg yes! He lives in Milngavie or Hillfoot as he’s always ok my bus! He’s always clutching a poly bag. We call him Short Shorts Man too! I’ve only once heard him speak and he’s VERY posh. I heard him talking to a woman on the bus about his kids.
