| Comment | The area used to be as rough as a badgers arse but when all the old tenements were demolished and the new developments came in on both sides of the road it changed the demographic of those living there...there will still be some bams up at the flats by the golf course and further up Bilsland Drive but let’s face it, you get that in every single area...some of the best bits of Bearsden are five minutes walk from shitehole areas in the Drum.
It’s not the best but by no means the worst....handy for transport into town of you need it and shops not far away. Had one friend who lived there and the flats themselves were pretty standard for the type...nothing out of the ordinary either way really. |
