I was once crossing over the canal on the bridge up Ruchill St, A group of wee boys were looking at a pair of swans (or, I THOUGHT they were just looking), so I offered the boys some bread from my groceries to feed the swan. They snatched the bread roll out of my hand and lobbed it at the swan, whacking it with a whole dinner roll, and then they demanded the rest of the bread I had. Closest I've ever been to being mugged. |
