ISS is apparently overhead, roughly around 11pm, appearing in the West and travelling East. It'll look like a bright star with flashing airplane lights.
Crew launch is at 21:30 and should be visible from the Southwest around 10-15 minutes later.
The further you are from light sources the better view you'll have.
