Fly tipping seems to be a competitive sport around here. Is it just this bad because the regular facilities are closed? It's not just bulky stuff like construction debris or old tires, but bags full of household trash too, are there places that don't have normal pickup? I was even in seven lochs park and there was some fresh stuff dumped that had several amazon boxes with the guy's address still on them. |
