| Comment | You can't seriously equate individuals who flouted lockdown to the actual folk running the country who made the decisions to try and combat the virus in the way they did, that's insane. They're messaging has been ambiguous throughout and they're deperate to reverse those measures even though another 400 odd people died yesterday.
In addition, the actual number of people who did break lockdown rules and by that I mean socialising with other households and not social distancing is miniscule, the overwhelming majority have adhered to the rules.

No one can answer that right now because this is such a new virus but we will get a better idea once a public inquiry is conducted. What we can say with certainty however is that we have the highest number of deaths in Europe and that is shameful. Lets not pretend that The Government simply couldn't do anything to combat it and that their hands were tied, they've been complicit in huge numbers of these deaths and it's ridiculous to try and defend them. |
