Absolutely agree with this. Lived in Hyndland, noisiest most obnoxious neighbours I've ever had, constantly disturbed by expensive stereo systems at full blast and barking overbred shitehounds. Moved to an area of HA housing, get on really well with my neighbours and it's dead quiet.
