The only thing I've heard of is from my mum who works at the airport. There was an Asian man who was walking to his flight and my mum overheard her colleagues say "They protect themselves with masks after spreading it all over the world". Clearly idiots.
But out and about in "normal" life I don't think you've anything to worry about.
