Bring back cycling proficiency classes in schools and offer paid courses to adults. If it's not already part of the scheme where the government pay for part of the costs of getting a bike to cycle to work, it should be.
***Everyone***, not just people in motor vehicles, need to understand and follow the highway code.
I spent over 20 years cycling around Glasgow and never once felt unsafe on the road. |
