Nowhere, if people learn how to respect the road at an early age, through programmes like the cycling proficiency classes in the 80s/90s, then there shouldn't be any problem. I certainly didn't have any issues in over 20 years cycling on the road.

Nope

Definitely not. Especially not in existing pedestrian zones. Also there are quite a few streets in the city centre that already have bus lanes & bus gates, cyclists are welcome there.
Some of the suggestions people have put on the map are laughable. People wanting divided shared-use paths when the path in question is barely 5' wide in places. |
